Aubrey Plaza

Aubrey Plaza (born June 26 April 1984) is a stand-up actor and comedian who is famous for her ability to express her humor in a deadpan style. She is April Ludgate, a character on the television show Parks and Recreation. She made her debut in the Jeannie Tate Show the web series that focuses on sketches and improv comedy at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. Following her first appearance, Tate went on and made appearances as a character in Judd Apatow Funny People and Scott Pilgrim's Vs. World. Aubrey Christina Plaza (born in Wilmington, Delaware) is the child of Bernadette Plaza, an attorney by profession and David Plaza a financial consultant. She is the daughter of Irish, English and Irish as is her father, who was Puerto Rican. Plaza went to a Catholic girls' school from 2002 to 2006. She then attended in 2006, she enrolled at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. While she was a senior in high school, Plaza participated at Wilmington Drama League shows and served as president of the student government. Plaza had a stroke while in her sophomore year in the college. This left her with an expressive aphasia aswell with a paralysis. She's now completely recovered. Plaza began performing sketches and improv at the New York City's Upright Citizens Brigade Theater back in 2004. The New York location has seen Plaza performed stand-up comedians at The Improv as well as the Laugh Factory. Plaza was a character on Robin Gibney on E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street. Also, she played Robin Gibney on The Jeannie Tate Show. Troopers was a humorous scifi show that aired on CollegeHumor in which she played Princess. Plaza began playing saxophones on Cassorla s Bona Fide (2014). She made her debut as a guest in the Father John Misty's Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings 'in 2012. Then on HarmonQuest in 2016, Plaza played Hawaiian Coffee, a grinning gnome. In the following year, she was Aaron Burr on Drunk History as well as Cat Adams during Season 11 C.B.S. Criminal Minds, a TV show. The actress made an impressive comeback as the character in the 12th season of Criminal Minds. Following her announcement, Plaza appeared in An Evening with Beverly Luff Linn.
